Construction Project Coordinator 项目监管专员
Job Description
Rich Mark Developers Group has an immediate opening for a Construction Project Coordinator in its New Jersey Office to assist the Project Manager in scheduling, tendering, awarding of contracts, reports, spread sheets and scopes of work.
Responsibilities
  • ●  Assist in planning, budgeting, scheduling and tendering of work. Collaborate and coordinate closely with related third parties. Oversee any project evaluation, blueprints review and design modification.
  • ●  Participate in meetings with the trade contractors and as a part of the contract award procedure; review scope of works, prepare minutes and letter of intent
  • ●  Collaborate closely with the department of construction, with the application for all necessary government issued permits
  • ●  Assist in the coordination and collaboration of consultants, design and technical professionals, and other team members
  • ●  Assist sales and marketing team with pricing in Purchases Change Requests
  • ●  Collaborate with project cost control in reviewing alternative solutions
  • ●  Assist in reviewing drawings and specifications and provide feedback concerning costs and practicality
  • ●  Coordinate with on-site Construction Department in the preparation of trade change orders
  • ●  Analysis and recommend Trade contractor change orders in coordination with Project Manager and site personnel
  • ●  Other duties within the scope and purpose of the job, as requested by Project Manager
Requirements and Qualifications
  • ●  Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience in construction and project management
  • ●  Strong interpersonal and coordination skills, work well with team members and third parties
  • ●  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ●  Proficient in Micro Soft Windows 8, Excel, Word, Auto CAD and Micro Soft Project
  • ●  Positive attitude and experienced working collaboratively in a dynamic fast-paced team
  • ●  Possess a strong work ethic, with the ability to work efficiently and responsibly
  • ●  Self-motivated, capable of assuming increasing responsibility and interested in growing with the company

Rich Mark Developers Group is seeking to fill our Marketing & Sales Coordinator position with an enthusiastic, career minded, individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position reports to Sales and Marketing Manager and has responsibility for assisting with the many facets of the sales and marketing effort including supporting sales goals, preparing strategic marketing campaigns, marketing platforms and branding.
Responsibilities
  • ●  Responsible for establishing routine communications between us, as developer, and PR, graphic design and outdoor advertising firms
  • ●  Coordinate and communicate with respective contractors on Marketing related subjects.
  • ●  Distribute and issue all marketing campaigns, marketing platforms, branding, company events and promotional collateral
  • ●  Analyze marketing efforts and create marketing reports
  • ●  Implement marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and market strategy insights
  • ●  Discover strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, marketing, public relations, etc.
  • ●  Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements
  • ●  Help to establish and maintain appropriate budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiative
  • ●  All other tasks that are requested by the Manager of Sales and Marketing
Requirements and Qualifications
  • ●  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or business related programs
  • ●  Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales with proven success, preferably in the field of real estate development
  • ●  Experience with Graphic Design, creative artwork, advertisements, marketing materials as preferred
  • ●  Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independentlt
  • ●  Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure
  • ●  Experience working with agency/broker, exhibiting the ability to generate maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction
  • ●  Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese, both verbal and written is a must
  • ●  Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment

Responsibilities
  • ●  Provide necessary information for preparation of investor proposals
  • ●  Monitor real estate market trends and assist in preparing market analysis
  • ●  Compile, summarize and prepare documentation for review by President
  • ●  Developing pro forma and conduct project analysis
  • ●  Create and utilize financial models for investment valuation
  • ●  Research and analyze market data
  • ●  Participate in property inspections and market tours
  • ●  Prepare presentations and written investment committee memo
  • ●  Perform due diligence to prepare acquisition for closing
  • ●  Work on special projects, as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
  • ●  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate or related field, with a GPA over 3.0
  • ●  One to two years working experience in real estate development strongly preferred
  • ●  Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • ●  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • ●  Computer proficiency with a strong working knowledge of financial modeling
  • ●  Strong working knowledge in the use of Power Point and presentation skills
  • ●  Must be flexible, adaptable and able to prioritize to deliver results
